CPA-correct calculations. Encrypted crew banking. Projects that track every shoot day from prep to wrap. Built by people who've done the late-night maths on a wrap form at 03:00.
Excel sheets. WhatsApp screenshots. Manual CPA calculations. A compliance document open in one tab and an invoice in another. It's 2026 and the commercial production industry still runs on this.
Different deals, different day lengths, different OT bands. One spreadsheet template can't hold all of it, and a mistake costs you a crew member's trust.
Banking info in emails, in WhatsApp chats, in production-coordinator's-laptop.xlsx. Insecure, scattered, and a payroll headache every Friday.
Turnaround penalties depend on when wrap was called. Working those out by hand at the end of a 7-day shoot is how mistakes happen.
Hourly rate, overtime bands, Sunday premiums, turnaround penalties — all from the official CPA Nov 2022 working guidelines. You enter the call and wrap. CrewSheets does the rest.
Hourly is always day rate ÷ 10. On a 10-hour deal, OT bands are first 4 hours at 1.5×, then 2×. On a 12-hour deal, first 2 at 1.5× then 2×. Sundays auto-flag as premium. Turnaround penalties use time-of-day arithmetic exactly as the CPA specifies.
Account numbers stored with AES-128 encryption, masked everywhere by default, revealed only when you explicitly ask. Never visible in emails, never visible in URLs, never visible in shared screens unless you say so.
A project sets the deal terms — commercial or feature, 10 or 12-hour days — and every timesheet captured against it inherits them. Add crew from your roster with one click. End the project when the job wraps. Reopen it if there's a re-shoot.

Yes. Every calculation follows the CPA Working Guidelines of November 2022 (V2). The full document is bundled in the app so you can cross-reference any number CrewSheets produces.
Account numbers are encrypted with AES-128-CBC + HMAC at rest, masked by default in the UI, and only revealed when you explicitly tap to view. They never appear in URLs or in emails.
Yes. Each project sets its own deal terms: commercial 10hr or 12hr, or feature (always 12hr). Calculations adapt accordingly. You can run a TVC and a feature side by side.
We update CrewSheets to match. The platform versions every deal so existing timesheets keep their original calculations even after a guideline update.
Unlimited users (your producers, PAs, coordinators), unlimited crew roster records, unlimited projects, unlimited timesheets. Flat R299/month. Nothing scales with team size.
